Wonderful
location was great. Plenty of restaurant and stores . Once you know how to get to the hotel as the sign is very small, it is easy from the train station .
the size of the room but the hotel rooms are smaller in Japan.

Good location to shopping but not very clean and on the pricy side somehow.
The location is good that it is very close to shopping district.
The TV remote has a lot of dust like it was never cleaned. My daughter pillow has hair not hers. The facility is indeed a 2 star, however the price we paid definitely not worth it. We asked for 2 pillow as the pillow we had were kind of flat. Then the 2nd pillow when given, they were given by the front desk (I’m again the person also doing the billing etc.) and gave to us (instead by a housing keeping person sent to our room). We were also told the pillow were kind of “tough”, they are tough alright, not sure where he got them from, very odd, we end up not using them as they are too hard.

Superb location
Great location, easy to move from there using public transport. Room was ok size comparing with other hotels we have used.
